Hire Desk Controller (Leeds)
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming enquiries (phone and email) and manage bookings professionally.
- Allocate and schedule hires with logistics, drivers and engineers to meet customer requirements.
- Keep hire records up to date in our system, processing any appropriate paperwork
- Provide product and pricing information and escalate technical queries to engineering or sales.
- Monitor fleet availability and support timely machine prep and maintenance coordination.
- Support a positive customer experience by following up on deliveries, returns and any issues.

Service Engineers
- We are looking for 2 experienced field service engineers for London & the South East area
- The positions will involve a variety of different engineering tasks and include the repair of workshop-based access platforms and site visits.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, competent at fault finding and qualified to NVQ Level 2/3 – CAP certification would be advantageous.
