JMS Cherry Picker helps circuit maintenance teams prepare

The JMS cherry picker on hire was probably one of the slowest wheeled vehicles seen on the Brand Hatch track in October.

But that didnโ€™t stop it playing an important part in putting the finishing touches in advance of the British Superbike finale.

The telescopic boom โ€“ JLG 660SJ provided the maintenance team with a huge 22.31m working height and 17.95 working outreach โ€“ enabling operators to reach across track areas and bridge areas with ease.

Its 45% gradeability made short work of the racetrack inclines, whilst the intuitive, proportional controls enabled operators to concentrate on their busy task lists prior to the event.

Brands Hatch is a popular Kent motor racing circuit that regularly hosts British Superbike Championship and the British Touring Cars Championship

Update: Tommy Bridewell took the 2023 Bennetts British Superbike Championship by the closest of margins at the event.ย ย
