JMS have taken delivery of another Teupen spider boom lift, the Teupen LEO35TPlus.
This new addition takes the to reach heights of over 30 metres.
Spider boom hire
Spider boom lifts are some of the most versatile access platforms available. Their high reach capabilities coupled with exceptional agility on uneven surfaces make them a popular choice for challenging work sites such as retail and leisure environments and historic buildings. The Teupen LEO35TPlus is no exception.
Key features include:
- A maximum working height of 35m
- An outreach of 13m with a 400kg lift capacity. This extends to 16m with a 140kg lift capacity.
- A platform capacity of 400kg
- 30% gradeability
- Non-marking rubber tracks for easy and precise manoeuvring on uneven ground as well as delicate flooring. The height and width of the tracks can be adjusted to suit the ground conditions.
- Even in restricted spaces, the LEO35TPlus can be positioned safely, even on sloping ground, thanks to its high performance stabiliser system.
3 different setup positions allow the stabilisers to overcome a height difference of 1.20m. - Thanks to the “coming home function” and the all new “memory function“, any point in the working diagram can be saved and returned to at the push of a button.
Bi-energy platforms
The Teupen LEO35TPlus spider boom is a bi-energy platform with a 230 V electric motor and a diesel engine. This makes it an ideal choice for use in locations where it’s important to keep emissions to a minimum.
Bi-energy platforms offer the best of both worlds. For indoor applications, the operator can select quiet, emission free battery power. For external applications or when travelling across sites, the powerful diesel engine can be used.
Contractors working in residential areas and city centre environments, where low emission zones can often be found, are increasingly turning to bi-energy or all electric powered access platforms to use on their sites.
Nationwide Teupen boom hire
The Teupen LEO35TPlus is available for hire nationwide along with other Teupen spider lifts such as the LEO36T, LEO50GT, LEO24GT and LEO23GT.
JMS has four hire depots located in Harpenden, Radlett, Leeds and Dartford. It is also part of the Access Link nationwide network of over 60 depots with a fleet of over 15,000 platforms.
